• Wind can also make soil erode by displacing it.

THE PREVENTION OF SOIL EROSION CAN BE DONE IN THESE WAYS -

• Plant Grass and Shrubs. Grass and shrubs are very effective at stopping soil erosion

• Use Erosion Control Blankets to Add Vegetation to Slopes

• Plantation of trees and plants

• Mulch matting can be used to reduce erosion on the slopes

• Put a series of fibre logs to prevent any water or soil from washing away
