Answer:

In the poem " The road not taken ", the poet Robert Frost describes his dilemma when he reaches a fork in his journey. He regarded it as his destiny to complete his journey. But he reached a place where the road forked into two. Both roads seemed equally tempting, but one seemed less frequented than the other. The poet ultimately chose the less frequented road. He regrets the fact that he doesn't have the opportunity to travel on both roads, but he hopes to return and travel on the other road someday. Though he hopes so, he is wise enough to comprehend that nothing remains the same after time, neither the road not the traveler.

The poem in real life describes a person's dilemma when life offers him two choices. He is tempted to choose both choices but he must choose only one. The choice he makes at that crucial time, makes all the difference in his life
