The important digestive enzymes are :-

1)Protease :- Helps in breaking down of protein into peptides and amino acid .

2)Amylase:- Helps in breaking down of complex carbohydrates (starch )into simple molecules

3)Lipase :- It helps in breaking down of fat molecules into fatty acids and glycerol .

Secretion

1) Pepsin is released by stomach in the form of inactive pepsinogen which then converted into active pepsin by HCL .

2)Trypsin is released by Pancreas .

3)Salivary amylase by Salivary glands .

4)Gastric amylase by the stomach .

5)Pancreatic Amylase by Pancreas .

6)Gastric lipase by Stomach .

7)Pancreatic lipase by Pancreas .

Note :- In childhood a special type of Protease called Rennin released in stomach in order to digest milk protein .
