Effect of temperature
On increasing temperature, kinetic energy of particles increases and they start vibrating in greater speed. Thus, heat evolve. This heat breaks the bonds between particles( weaken the force of attraction) and make the state of matter change.
Effect of pressure
On increasing pressure, intermolecular space and attraction decrease. Thus, state of matter changes.
