The essence of the poem is that nature has the power to uplift our mood from despondency to joviality; all we need is the keen eyesight. The divine beauty of nature has a healing effect on our aching souls. The blue sky, the orange sunset, the white clouds, the green meadows, the silvery rivers and moon, the vibrant rainbow and flowers, etc; these colorful entities make his life poly-chromatic and full of fun, peace, joy, and serenity.

In the poem Dust of Snow by Robert Frost, the poet narrates an experience in which his sad mood was transformed into a jocund mood. He was on a walk on a wintry evening. As he was passing under a tree, a crow shook snow from the branch on the poet; and this changed the poet’s mood.
