If we write the given numbers as the sum of odd numbers, it will be 7^2=47+1+1 and 9^2=79+1+1.

Given,

The two numbers with exponents: 7^2 and 9^2.

To Find,

We have to write the given numbers as the sum of odd numbers.

Solution,

The method of finding the representation of the given numbers as the sum of odd numbers is as follows -

We know that a number is called an odd number when it is not divisible by 2 i.e. if we divide the number by 2, the remainder will be greater than 0.

Now 7^2=7*7=49 and 9^2=9*9=81.

The nearest odd number of 49 which is also less than 49 is 47. If we add 2=1+1 to 47, we will get 47+1+1=49.

Similarly, the nearest odd number of 81 which is also less than 81 is 79. If we add 2=1+1 to 79, we will get  79+1+1=81.

Since 1 is also an odd number, the sum of odd numbers of 49 will be 47+1+1=49 and the sum of odd numbers of 81 will be 79+1+1=81.

Hence, if we write the given numbers as the sum of odd numbers, it will be 7^2=47+1+1 and 9^2=79+1+1.
