10x=3.6666......
100x=36.6666.....
100x-10x=36.6666......-3.6666......
=> 90x=33
=> x=33/90

so 0.3666 = 33/90

(ii) let x=3.3333.......
10x=33.3333......
10x-x=33.3333....-3.3333.....
=> 9x=30
=> x=30/9

so 3.3333....=30/9
