Training is the process which is done after recruitment and selection. Training is given to the selected candidate for the job.Training is also given to those employees who are already working in the company. Training is given to improve and increase the working knowledge and skills of the workers.It is a very systematic activity.It is two way process in which one teaches and the other learns. Training provides knowledge of the job.It makes the workers perfect in their work.
