OPEN MS EXCEL

THEN RIGHT CLICK ON A CELL AND THERE WILL BE SOME OPTIONS .

SEARCH FOR INSERT OPTION IN THE MENU THAT OPENED IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO INSERT AND DELETE ALL OPTIONS ARE THERE
