step 1 find a place which is not used for any purpose
step 2 clean that place and then stick some 3d pictures of different types of fishes
step 3 now place two three tables over there and on the tables put some fish tanks
step 4 clean the fish tanks properly and add some grasses or pearls inside it or some hydras etc n so on inside each tank
step 5 now bring colourful fishes and put them inside the tank
step 6 if you want to make ur Aquarium bright then take lots of different types of torches that give you different colours and connect them in such a place where no one can see
step 7 ur bright Aquarium is ready!!!
