Step:

Take text Tool and type your first name on stage. To do the shape tween we need to convert this text into a shape.

Step:

Right click on text and select break apart once and break apart again. Now text is converted to shape.

Now delete your first shape. And lets type your last name and convert it to shape by using break apart twice.

Right Click any where between your starting and ending frame

From properties pannel select use Tween Drop down and select Shape
