Hey, there!!!

The two adaptations in plants to reduce transpiration are:-

1) Opuntia and Euphorbia reduced their leaves into spines. The spines with reduce surface areas control loss of water by transpiration.

2) The leaves of Calotropis procera have a waxy thick coating which reduce loss of water.

3)The sunken stomata are cofined to the lower surface of leavres.

4)Multilayered epidermis in Nerium and bulliform cells at the epidermis in some grasses.

Hope this helps.
