Answer:

Adding one to each and multiplying we get (7 + 1)(2 + 1) = 8 × 3 = 24. Therefore 1152 has exactly 24 factors. Factors of 1152: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 18, 24, 32, 36, 48, 64, 72, 96, 128, 144, 192, 288, 384, 576, 1152.

Answer:3&8 and -3&-8

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the numbers be x & y.

By question, xy=24......(1)

And, x+y= -11...................(2)

From (1), x=(24/y)

Using this in (2) we get

(24/y)+y= -11

Or, (24+y^2)/y=-11

Or, y^2+11y+24=0

Or,y^2+8y+3y+24=0

Or,y(y+8)+3(y+8)=0

Or,(y+8) (y+3) =0

Either y=-8 or y=-3

Therefore y =-8,-3

Now for y=(-8) we get x=24/y =24/-8=-3

And for y=(-3)we get x=24/-3=-8

Hence the required two numbers are (-3&-8) and (3&8)
