\binom{11}{24} \\  \\ take \: out \: the \: factors \: of \: the \:  \\ denominator \\  \\ whih \: are \: 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3  \\ if \: the \: factors \: of \: the \:  \\ denominator \: are \: in \: the \: form \:  \\ of \:  {2}^{n}  \times  {5}^{n \:} then \: the \: decimal \:  \\ expansion \: will \: be \: terminating \:  \\ in \: this \: question \: as \:  \\ denominator \: is \: not \: the \: form \: \\  of \:  {2}^{n}\times  {5}^{n} \: so \: it \: is \: \\  non \: terminating
