Discipline is something that keeps each person in control. It motivates a person to progress in life and achieve success. Everyone follow discipline in his/her life in a different form. Besides, everyone has his own prospect of discipline. Some people consider it a part of their life and some don’t. It is the guide that availability directs a person on the right path.
Without discipline, the life of a person will become dull and inactive. Also, a disciplined person can control and handle the situation of living in a sophisticated way than those who do not.
If talk about the types of discipline, then they are generally of two types. First one is induced discipline and the second one is self-discipline.
Induced discipline is something that others taught us or we learn by seeing others. While self- discipline comes from within and we learn it on our own self. Self-discipline requires a lot of motivation and support from others.
Above all, following your daily schedule without any mistake is also part of being disciplined.
The disciple is a staircase by which the person achieve success. It helps a person to focus on his/her goals in life. Also, it does not let him/her derivate from the goal.

Health is wealth’ is a very famous saying which means that where there is health there is wealth. A healthy person has the power to achieve everything in life.
Being healthy and fit just doesn’t mean being physical fitness but it the overall fitness that is emotionally, socially, and mentally. A healthy body destroys all the negativity.
It also makes the surrounding positive and happy. Wealth does not always signify money. Wealth means prosperity which is the happiness and satisfaction in one’s life. Wealth can only be achieved by healthy of and mind.
A body which has illness and diseases cannot work efficiently whereas a healthy body and mind maintain the energy and enthusiasm to work. A healthy body can be achieved in a number of ways We should follow a proper time table I.E breakfast, lunch and dinner should be taken in proper time.
We should not skip them. We should drink an adequate amount of water in a day. We should sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day. Our diet should consist of fruits, green vegetables and dietary supplements. We should have a balanced diet having the right proportion of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and mineral.
True happiness only comes to a person with a healthy mind and body. A person who is healthy can achieve success easily than an unhealthy person. Good health is the greatest blessing.
