Good habits develop good manners in an individual.A habbit means , doing a task in same manner, under many circumstances. we have to practice good habits from a early age.Because good manners and habits gives us good friends and a good surrounding, which turns lead to be a happy and a peacefull life.There are many habits that learnt can change our character entirely and make a well mannered person in future.
Good habits ----
There are many good habits to be practised.we are going to discuss few of them.
Early to bed, Early to wakeup-
we have to make sure that we are going to bed on time and getting up before the sun rises.Because , if we at at up night we will not be able to concentrate on the school, the next day. So we should go to asleep 10pm.
Brushing twice a day
Brushing your teeth immediately after waking up and before going before going to bed is another good habit, we have to practice. brushing kill germs in are mouth and brushing are teeth twice, can protect are teeth ftom cavity problems in future.
Eat healthy food-
if we wants to stay healthy , we have to eat healthy food like Grains, Fruits and vegetables that are rich in Vitamins and Protiens etc. we also have to avoid junk food and street food if we wants to stay healthy.
Respecting others
we should learn to respect others , irrespective of the age. since what we give comes back.if we respect others , others will respect us. we should also have the courtesy to say 'Please,Thank you and Sorry in the desired occasion .
