♠Entamoeba histolytica is an anaerobic parasitic amoebozoan, part of the genus Entamoeba.

♠Entamoeba gingivalis is an opportunistic Amoebozoa and is the first amoeba in humans to be described.

♠Pelomyxa is a genus of giant flagellar amoebae, usually 500-800 μm but occasionally up to 5 mm in length, found in anaerobic or microaerobic bottom sediments of stagnant freshwater ponds or slow-moving streams.

♠The actinophryids are an order of heliozoa. They are the most common heliozoa in fresh water and can also be found in marine and soil habitats

Entamoeba coli:- It is seen in colon. It works as a commensal in them.

Pelomyxa:- It is known as Chaos-Chaos. It is the multinucleated amoeba. Also it is the largest amoeba.

Actinophrys:- It is the sun animalcule animal. Axial filaments is present in the psedopodia which is called as axopodia.
