Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor (born 6 May 2019) is the son of Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. A great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II, he is seventh in the line of succession to the British throne. Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is the son of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. He was born at 05:26 BST (04:26 UTC) on 6 May 2019 at the Portland Hospital in London.[1][2] Several landmarks were illuminated in different colours to mark the birth, including Niagara Falls, the CN Tower and the London Eye.[3][4][5] His name was announced on 8 May 2019.[6] He was baptised wearing the royal christening gown by the Archbishop of Canterbury on 6 July 2019 in the Private Chapel of Windsor Castle.[7] According to Vanity Fair, one of his godparents is Isabel May, who works in public relations and is a former director of communications at Burberry.[8][9]
