a = (-5)

d = 4

The first four terms :-

a1 = (-5)

a2 = a + (n - 1) d

= (-5) + (2 - 1) 4

=(-5) + 4

=(-1)

a3 = a + (n - 1) d

= (-5) + (3 - 1) 4

= (-5) + 8

= (3)

a4 = a + (n - 1) d

=(-5) + (4 - 1) 4

=(-5) + 12

= 7

Answer:

-5,  -1 , 3 , 7

Step-by-step explanation:

1st term = -5

2nd term =  -5 +4

               = -1

3rd term  = -1 +4

4th term = 3 +4

               = 7

first 4 terms are -5 , -1 , 3 , 7
