1. Drought and Plague- During the last decade of 19th century, people of India had to face many natural calamities like drought and plague. British government was indifferent towards it. This enraged people and this resulted in the emergence of aggressive nationalism.
2. Partition of Bengal- In 1905, Lord Curzon divided Bengal following the policy of Divide and Rule.' This enraged the people and they forwarded to aggressive nationalism.
