the commutative property basically means that the answer would still be the same even if we change the order of the numbers

this is only applicable to addition and multiplication except for some some cases in division and subtraction.

examples-

2x3=6=3x2

3x4=4x3=12

4x5=5x4=20

5x6=6x5=30

6x7=7x6=42
