We should know that the number of is ips bihar gives that is equivalent to the total no of i.s and ips mp,ap,assam,uttrakhand gives in together . People of other sates say that biharis dont have the manner of talking . I think they should know that we biharis even respect the rickshaw driver by calling them "ap"...n do u still believe that we are not having sense of talking . The people who thinks that biharis are illetrate they shuold know that bihar produces maximum number of IITiAns in a year than any other state...so are we still illetrate ...no

The peoe who underestimate bihar should know that bihar is one of the best place in india n we biharis also have a duty to respect our state and not to critisize about it infront of others .
