- If we want good health we must eat many fruits and vegetables .
- We should also eat the food that we want and don't over eat . lf you over eat you will get diseases .
- We should also eat all the nutrients every day in our three meals , otherwise we may get deficiency diseases .
- We should exercise one hour every day or we will not loose weight and the body will get diseases .
- We should also have a good poster otherwise the back bone will be curved and body will get pain when we will bend to take something .
- We should also drink minimum 5 litres of water everyday otherwise air and oxygen and other substances cannot reach all the parts of the body .
