when i feel sad i used to go in front of mirror and say these lines to myself :

1.Baby you're the best ..

2.Dont feel sad i am with uh always when nobody was..

3.You're strong enough to face the situation ..

4.love uh a lot ..

5.You re the best ..nd you will definitely get out from this situation ..

3- What can i do to help?

4- I care about you and it would make me sad if you'd be gone.

5- pls keep talking to me about this.

Five things I recognize about myself when I'm about to lose it in a situation :

1- My hands start to shake.

2- I find myself on the verge of tears.

3- I constantly feel like crying or smashing something on the wall.

4- I start pacing back and forth.

5- My voice starts to tear up.
