2. Absence of Separation of Power -
The power is not separated ,the three department of government work in close , sharing some of powers & the functions with one another.
3. Responsibility to Legislature -
The ministry is responsible to the legisature for all its activities & policies .
4.Existence of a Strong Opposition-
The existence of one or more strong , well organized opposition is the key feature the parliamentry government.
