And

(b) log (100)= 2.000

Therefore, (a)=(b).

Now, I am not sure that if we can round off the result from log. If anybody knows the right answer then please correct me.

Method 2:

99 + (9/9)= 100

Method 3:

(9 + 1)*(9 + 1) - 9 + 9 = 100

Method 4:

99/0.99=100
