it is bcoz in zoo they are krpt in a cage for their entire life and some zoo keepers wont give them proper food ...whereas in forest only hinting is the problem for them ...they can go anywhwre in the forest eat anything catch their own foood...they have full freedom....✌✌

first of all they do not have freedom.they are kept in cage due to which they cant roam. they dont get enough food and desired food. they are being teased by some of visitors. they do not get enough food to eat. in some of zoo the caretakers do not take much care of them. as they are in cage they have some space but they are geeting bored due to that reason.
