SOLUTION :-

For equation 2x +4y = 7

Here,

=> 2x + 4y = 7

=> 4y = 7 - 2x

 =  >  \: y =  \frac{7 - 2x}{4}

\small{\sf → For  \: first...}

putting x = 0

Then,

 =  >  \: y =  \frac{7 - 0}{4}

 =  >  \: \underline{y =  \frac{7}{4} }

\small{\sf → For  \: Second...}

putting x = 1

Then,

 =  >  \: y =  \frac{7 - 2}{4}

 =  >  \: \underline{ y =  \frac{5}{4} }

\small{\sf → For \:  Third...}

putting x = 2

Then,

 =  >  \: y =  \frac{7 - 4}{4}

 =  >  \:  \underline{y =  \frac{3}{4} }

\small{\sf → For \:  Fourth...}

putting x = 3

Then,

 =  >  \: y =  \frac{7 - 6}{4}

 =  >  \:  \underline{y =  \frac{1}{4} }

Which are the required solutions.
