four things for which birds use their beak are -
- for preying - it is with their beak and claws that they capture their prey. these features help them in easy grasp of their prey.
- for making nest - various materials used to build the nests like sticks,twigs.etc. are carried by the beaks of their birds. also, with their beak they make their nest by placing these materials.
- for pecking wood - birds like woodcutter peck wood with their sharp beak.
- for feeding their young ones - they carry food for their young ones in their beak and feed them .
