If they do hard work n study well then their future will be good otherwise they will face problems regarding comfortable life. It's also depends on the facilities provided to all human beings and their surroundings too as there are many things which are distracted them from their goals like smoking, drinking etc. But if we are focused in life then nobody can distract us.
