For telling a story u must know it in a good way.Revise it and tell it in front of ur family members.If u can then use vocabulary and have a good pronounciation of the words and practice the difficult words.

you must know the story thoroughly well

you must use actions and even (if possible) puppets, in order to demonstrate the story well.

you must be fully confident and maintain eye contact with no one in particular.

you must relax and give it your best!
