Even though smart phones have made life much easier and it is almost not possible to imagine a life without their application, there are quite a few drawbacks of their usage as well. Too much exposure to smartphones can affect eye sight and our health in general. "Smart phone addiction" is a genuine phenomenon that is being observed in today's generation. We have become too dependent on smart phones. Some of the unfavorable trends related to smart phone usage are obsession over acquisition of the best smart phone model, too much involvement with social media, getting devoid of physical activities.
