The House can impeach a judge with a simple majority vote. However, a judge may only be removed from office following a trial and a vote to convict by a two-thirds majority of the Senate. ... And in others the number of votes required to impeach or convict differs

Only the President of India has the power to remove or impeach the judge of Supreme Court or High Court.

On account of the misbehaviour or incapacity, the President with the approval of Parliament's both the Houses (Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha) in favour of impeachment.

It is noted that the members of both the houses not less than two-thirds in the favour of Impeachment. Article 124(4) of the Indian constitute deals with the impeachment of the Judges.
