The success of each institute will be depended on the dedication of the employees. If I will be employed then definitely I will give my best to the institute.
Whatever experience I have while working in previous institutes I will utilise that experience and my skills to work in this institute. I will make proper proper plan to complete the work within allotted time and execute it. I will distribute the work according to the skills of the people so things will be easy to complete.
Proper plan and proper execution will be the best key to success.
