Answer:

Process of making constitution of India :-

The Constitution of India is the modern sacred text of the contemporary India.

It reflects the new aspirations and values of the people of India and tes.tifies how the people of India are the supreme masters in all matters concerning the welfare of Indians.

The Constitution of India was formed through a process of formation of constituent a.ssembly which drafted, debated, deliberated, amended and finally formed a final Constitution of India.

The process has historical roots in the British administration in India from the Company rule to the Crown rule.

The Cons.titution of India is the supreme law of India.

It is the longest written cons.titution of any country on Earth.

The process continued unabated since it originated in the freedom struggle till a new constitution was drafted after prolonged debates and discussions in the Cons.tituent A.ssembly.

The document lays down the framework that demarcates fundamental political c.ode, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government ins.titutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens.
