The difference between retailer and consumer are as follows:-
i) Retailer is a person or business that sells goods to the public.
i) Consumer is a person who purchases goods and services for personal use.
ii) Purchaser, buyer, customer, shopper, etc. are also known as consumer.
ii) Dealer, businessperson, merchant, trader, etc. are also known as retailer.
I think "retailer" and "consumer" both are the antonyms of each other.
