Independence day is celebrated all over India on 15th August. This is celebrated because our India got freedom on 15th august 1947. From then onwards this day is celebrated all over the country with great pomp and show. The day is celebrated in all school, colleges, hospital, bank, office and all other kinds of government and private organisation by hoisting our national flag and singing our national anthem. On every year our prime minister hoist flag in the red fort in Delhi on 15th August. The day is celebrated as a national holiday.
The main aim of celebrating this great day is to remember those great freedom fighters, revisit those passing days and to reanalysis the conditions of poor Indian in those days. The image of historical India brings tears to eyes. In the past 200 years of British raj in India, Indian has tolerated a lot of torture and crude behaviour. Finally, this free India is a gift by the sacrifice of blood and life of our forefathers and those freedom fighter’s who have dreamed for this free India. The freedom fighters were the real heroes of India and they will always be remembered by us. The day teaches us a lesson to work for our country and to make it a beautiful country in the world. we celebrate this festival and we will be celebrating this festival till the sun and moon remain in the sky.
