= \frac{(2+ \sqrt{3} )^{2} - (2 \sqrt{3} )(2- \sqrt{3})  }{ 2^{2}-   (\sqrt{3} )^{2}  }
= \frac{4+3+4 \sqrt{3}-(4 \sqrt{3}-6) }{4-3}
= \frac{4+3+6}{1}
=13
