rule of law means law is same for everyone and all are equal before law without any discrimination on the basis of caste,colour,religion,etc.

Law and order is a word that you hear and read through the news every day. This word is important not only for news but also socially. Better law and order create a good society and environment.

Maintaining peace in any state, city or region, reducing crime and providing security to citizens is the main part of law and order. Often, wherever there is a political or social uproar or confrontation, or the atmosphere becomes tense, the law and order crisis arises.

That is, unrest or violence in an area is also a law and order problem. Rule of law is independent of any individual.
