sometimes the bill or rule passed by the Parliament turn out to be unpopular among the citizens. in a democracy people have the right to criticize against these laws. this is rule of law for example government has abolished Street vending but some people doesn't like this because it is there means of livelihood so they can approach the court or criticize against this law ..
