* These are then placed in a chemical solution where they repeatedly divide to form a callus

* The callus is then transferred to a medium containing hormones for growth and differentiation

* Then these cells are transferred in soil for natural growth

This method grows plants in disease free conditions and used mainly for ornamental plants.
