Hello sir, I’m a proud reader of your newspaper since last 10 years. I highly appreciate for your contribution to betterment sociality & bring back the awareness in youth for education & nation welfare. You & your Daily deserve applauds certainly.
Here I would like to one burning issue of our society regarding the weavers’ community. I want you to make a full page report including facts & figures of Handloom Weavers in our state. By printing them we can bring their problems in limelight of government & we can put pressure on behalf society for their betterment & live uplift.
Issues like daily wages, family welfare, delay in payment from mill owners. No help from government & ministry. No organized regulatory body for handloom weaving sector.Too less subsidy & not much promotion from department of states for this industry.Lack of collaboration between designing & marketing teams. No star campaigning for mass uses of Khadi . There many such small & big problems of weaver which are not letting them to focus on your creative work. By continuous ignorance of people of this sector can cost us nation’s heritage & colourful image at world level. We should not let die this fine art of many generations so easily.
I will be humble & society will be grateful to you & your newspaper for so long if we can make some good difference in lives of weavers.
