I am a student of class 9 of your school my name is XYZ. I almost score good in every subject . Sir , there is a problem coming in my official documents that is for my board registration my name is XYZ and in school register it is ZYX this was the mistake done while my admission . And now this difference is making trouble in my registration.

Sir is you can then I request you for changing my name in the school register. Sir if you help me out in this matter I will always be your thankfull .
