Sir,

I am student of class 11th C. I want to request you to take our class to a visit to an old age home. We want to interact with them. As they all miss their children and grandchildren but they all are unlucky that they are not able to meet them. As their own children treat them as a burden. As a responsible citizen. I want to make them happy so that they can have a good time. Please sir I request you to kindly help us in this matter..

To the respected Principal,

This is Sanjiv Roy, the student representative, currently completing my 10th standard from your prestigious institution. I am writing this letter to convey the request of all students to organize a visit to the nearest old age home for a survey required in our Value Education project.

An actual visit and gathering realistic experiences would accentuate and enhance our project quality. Moreover, all the students would arrange some food packages to distribute in the old age home. The members there would feel happy if children visit them. Please permit us to visit there.
