Dear Father,

                                    I hope everything is fine back home. I am fine here and actually, have already made a lot of new friends in the hostel. Thanks a ton for sending my favorite bicycle to my hostel campus last week. It will be of great help in my daily commute in the campus and nearby.  

 

                                    Father, I have written this letter to ask for your permission for a tour that has been organized by our school friends. We will be visiting a historic place nearby as a part of our academic curriculum on 14th April. I am really excited to join the group on the trip because of my passion for historic places, as you are fully aware. The students will be charged a sum of 500 rupees for the same. There is no need to worry as two of our professors have also agreed to be a part of the tour.

                                   

                                    I will be waiting for your permission for the trip. Tell mother not to worry about me all the time and look after her health. Hope to hear from you soon.
