Narration of mr gupta​

• Gupta was a warm and sympathetic individual. He showed kindness to everyone and did not distinguish between the wealthy and the less fortunate. When Maggie's mother was ill, he visited her. He lied to her because he wanted her to get better when she requested him to peek into the crystal ring and determine if her son Frank was safe or not.
• In Prabhat Kumar Mukhopadhyay's short story "Price of Flowers," Mr. Gupta plays a significant role. He tells the story and serves as its narrator. The narrative is told from his point of view. Mr. Gupta is going to enter the Indian branch of the British Civil Service.
• With the excuse that there were lots of flowers in India and he could get some for free to put on her brother's grave, Gupta wanted to return the Shilling to Maggie.
