Answer:
Good narrative writing skills are hard won by our students. They build on, and encourage the development of, a good grasp of the mechanics of writing. They also require the development of an additional skill set however, namely the ability to tell a good yarn. Telling stories is as old as humanity. We see and hear stories everywhere and on a daily basis. From having a good gossip on the doorstep with a neighbor in the morning, to the advertisements that bombard us from billboards and radio on our daily commute. Much is made of the art of storytelling, but luckily for us, and our students, weaving a good tale is a craft too and crafts can be taught, practiced, and perfected over time. Here we will look at some of the main elements that comprise a good story: setting, characters, problem, climax, and resolution. And we will look too at how best we can help our students understand these elements, both in isolation and how they mesh together as a whole.

Joshua is a slender man. He is in his early fifties but looks extremely young for a man his age.He has pitch black hair with two caring blue eyes and a very round face.
One morning, he woke up to a deer call in the distance. He was lost in a place very far from what he was used to. There wasn't the usually honk in the distance or the garbage man yelling in the street,no this was something completely different. He could see the mesmerising beauty of nature in the middle of the woods. He smelt a damp wet aroma which mesmerised his senses. He wanted stay in the womb of mother nature and forget about his stressful life back in the city of dreams. He wanted to take a moment to pause and admire the long lush trees dampened by the gentle rain falling from the sky above .
His attention was caught in the distance by a growl of wolves and a disparate plea for help from a buck. He got up, studied his surroundings and immediately looked for his phone but it was nowhere to be seen,. Not knowing where he was, he started to panic and runs towards the shimmer of light behind the mountain peek. The soft mud enveloped his legs with every move he took. Sweat pouring down his cheeks and as he ghasted for air, Joshua stoped and lay below a large tree, taking shelter from the rain. Shivers went up his spine as he saw he hadn’t gained distance towards the towering and intimidating mountains.Hungry and cold, Joshua entered the world of fantasies where he saw an odd looking creature half the size of a normal adult human but the creature had a beard and was built muscularly. The odd and mysterious creature pointed towards Joshua and placed his small warm hand on Joshua's heart. Joshua felt calm and relaxed, the warmth enveloping him as he went into deep sleep.
A piercing voice filled his head with the words “WAKE UP ITS TIME” he woke up in a startle looking around his surroundings but no one was to be seen. He continued his journey stopping only to eat the various berries and fruits on the bushes and trees.
After running for 3 long hours he had come to a dead end in front of him a large slab of granite with rough edges in the middle engraved words in a language he had never seen. Hopeless and out of desperation he picked up a nearby rock and chucked the stone with all his power on the granite slab, the stone got repled at the last second bouncing back with twice the power the stone almost blew Joshua's face off missing by a fraction and bounced of too another direction.Perplexed by what just happened Joshua carefully moves towards the slab and touches the engravings on the stone...
