The three equations of motion can also be used for problems related of gravity.

v^2 - u^2 = 2gs

s = ut + 1/2gt^2

v = u + gt

w = mg

F = GMm/d^2

where,

v= final velocity

u= initial velocity

g= acceleration due to gravity

s= displacement

t= time taken

w= weight of object

m= mass of object

F= force of gravity between two objects

M= mass of object

G= universal gravitational constant

d= distance between two objects
