Answer: The green revolution is a research of agriculture which lasted between 1950 and 1960.

Due to this revolution  the rate of agricultural production increased worldwide.

This revolution was first started in India and mainly developed in Mexico.

There were two types of technologies used in Green revolution.

They mostly Aimed to develop crop varieties. The technologies were targeted to provide excellent growing conditions to the crop.

These technologies included hybrids and combining modern genetics with selections.
