An ocean current is a continuous movement of ocean water from one place to another. Ocean currents are created by wind, watertemperature, salt content, and the gravity of the moon. The current's direction and speed depend on the shoreline and the ocean floor. They can flow for thousands of miles and are found in all the major oceans of the world.

the movement of ocean water water in a definite direction in which the wind blows is known as ocean current. it can also be very helpful for people. mixing of cold current and warm current can make an area suitable for the growing of plankton, which is the food for fishes and mostly fishes will be found in that area. a ship sailing along the directionof ocean current will reach its destination easily and will also save its time and fuel.
